Please bring your bridal dress, your wedding day shoes and any other items you feel are important for this fitting.
To enhance your experience in your dress - we suggest that you wear nude seamless underwear.
We recommend that you bring no more than 2 guests with you.

Second Fitting - Duration 30 minutes*

This fitting is to check the alterations made to your dress and make sure the fit is perfect. Should further work be needed an extra fitting will be arranged.

We know that fitting appointments can be tricky to schedule around busy lives, which is why we offer an easy-to-use online booking system. This allows you to conveniently secure the dates and times that work best for you.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking your fittings as soon as you’ve found your dream dress — many brides secure their appointments up to a year in advance! We’re already booking brides for 2027.
If you can’t find an available slot in our booking system or have any questions about the fitting process, please don’t hesitate to call or WhatsApp us at 07854716348. For estimates or quotations, WhatsApp is especially helpful, as it allows you to easily send us photos of your dress.

*To ensure sufficient time for the alterations process, we kindly request that you book your fitting appointment 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date*.
By booking within this timeframe, we can accommodate any necessary adjustments and make sure you feel confident and beautiful on your wedding day.
First fitting - Duration 45 - 60 minutes

For your fitting appointment, we kindly request that you bring your bridal dress along with your wedding day shoes and any other essential items you deem necessary. Please keep in mind that we cannot proceed with hem alterations without having your wedding day shoes available. To avoid the need for an additional fitting and any associated fees, it is crucial to remember to bring your shoes to the appointment.

To enhance your dress fitting experience, we recommend wearing nude seamless underwear. This will help ensure a smooth and seamless look as you try on different dresses and allow you to get a better sense of how the gown will fit on your wedding day.

If you have any specific design changes or modifications in mind, we kindly request that you bring reference images to your fitting appointment. This will enable us to have a detailed discussion about the options available and ensure that we fully understand your vision. To prioritise the bride's needs and dress requirements, we kindly request that brides attend the first fitting on their own. This allows us to provide focused attention and ensure that all aspects of the dress are addressed. However, if you feel the need to bring a guest, we kindly ask that you limit to this to two guests. This helps maintain a comfortable and focused environment during the fitting process.

Please note that the balance for alterations is due on the day of your first fitting. We offer multiple payment options, including card payments, bank transfers, and cash. However, we do not accept payment by cheque or American express. Please ensure that you come prepared to settle the balance using one of the accepted payment methods mentioned above.

During your first fitting, Charlotte will discuss and finalise the date for your second fitting, ensuring that it aligns with the timeline for completing your dress alterations.

If further work is required beyond this fitting, Charlotte will arrange an additional fitting to address any remaining alterations needed. Our goal is to ensure that your dress fits flawlessly and meets your expectations for your special day.
