First fitting - Duration 60 minutes
Please bring your bridal dress, your wedding day shoes and any other items you feel are important for this fitting.
To enhance your experience in your dress - we suggest that you wear nude seamless underwear.
We recommend that you bring no more than 2 guests with you.
For any design changes – please bring images so we can discuss options.

Second Fitting - Duration 30 minutes*
*This must be booked 4 weeks prior to your wedding date*
This fitting is to check the alterations made to your dress and make sure the fit is perfect. Should further work be needed an extra fitting will be arranged.

To avoid any disappointment and secure the best dates and times, we highly recommend booking your dress fittings as soon as you have found your dream dress. It's not uncommon for brides to secure their fittings up to a year in advance!

*To ensure sufficient time for the alterations process, we kindly request that you book your fitting appointment 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date*.
By booking within this timeframe, we can accommodate any necessary adjustments and make sure you feel confident and beautiful on your wedding day.
First fitting - Duration 45 - 60 minutes

Please keep in mind that we cannot proceed with hem alterations without having your wedding day shoes available. To avoid the need for an additional fitting and any associated fees, it is crucial to remember to bring your shoes to the appointment.

Please note that the balance for alterations is due on the day of your first fitting. We offer multiple payment options, including card payments, bank transfers, and cash. However, we do not accept payment by cheque. Please ensure that you come prepared to settle the balance using one of the accepted payment methods mentioned above.

If further work is required beyond this fitting, Charlotte will arrange an additional fitting to address any remaining alterations needed. Our goal is to ensure that your dress fits flawlessly and meets your expectations for your special day.
